Where are the candles made?

Our candles are hand-made in small batches, on the NSW Central Coast - Australia.

What type of candle wax and fragrance is used?

Our candles are made with a professional-quality soy wax container blend called 'Soyaluna' - biodegradable. vegan friendly, formaldehyde free and natural.  Our premium fragrance oils are designed specifically for candles, to provide a long-lasting scent experience. 

What is the candle container made of?

Premium semi-transparent white glassware made with thick walls for durability. The highest of quality and sleek elegance, with a modern curved base.  When the candle is lit at night, our container gives off the most beautiful glow.

How long will the candle burn for?

Each candle has an approximate burn time of 40–50 hours.

How should I care for the candle?

For best performance, trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. On each burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to help prevent tunnelling - where a candle melts straight down the centre around the wick, leaving a hard ring of unused wax stuck to the sides of the container.

How long should I burn the candle at one time?

We recommend burning the candle for 3–4 hours at a time. Avoid burning it for excessively long periods.

Where should I place my candle?

Candles should always be burned responsibly. Place your candle on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains, flammable materials and areas with heavy foot traffic. Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We are committed to making sure your order arrives safely. If your candle arrives damaged, we will replace it. Please contact us within a week of delivery.
